Will my order be sent and handled quickly and discretely?
Definitely. We understand and respect that our customers want complete privacy in all their transactions with us. That's why we ship out all orders in plain satchels or a courier bag, with no description or reference to the contents of the bag whatsoever. When will I get my order?
Our online store runs directly from our stock database. That means all of the products shown are available for
IMMEDIATE DELIVERY.* Unlike other online stores, we hold stock here for you so that the time it takes from the moment you order to the moment you receive your purchase is kept to a minimum. In most cases, you will receive your order in 1 or 2 working days (subject to delivery location and delivery method chosen).

How is my order shipped within Australia?
You can choose how you would like to receive your order. Orders within Australia are sent either via Express Post or Courier. All methods are traceable and insured. Upon shipping of your parcel, you will receive an email notification with the shipping number for tracking your delivery. Expected delivery times vary depending on location, but you can use the time below as a guideline.
Express Post - Next working day to capital cities, 2 to 3 days for other locations.
Courier - Next working day to most areas.

Do you deliver to International Customers?
Yes, we are happy to deliver products outside of Australia. Overseas orders are shipped at the customer's choice via one of the following methods: DHL or Fedex Courier, EMS Postal Courier, or International Air Mail. Expected delivery times vary depending on location, but you can use the times below as a guideline.
Air Mail - 7 to 14 working days
EMS Courier - 3 to 4 working days
DHL or Fedex Courier- 2 to 3 working days
Please note that we will not be held responsible for the customs and laws that govern your particular country should your goods be confiscated, nor will we refund your money or shipping costs. This service is at your own risk, but we will endeavour to do our best to package goods discretely and get your order to you as fast as we can. Will you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we will ship to Australian Post Office boxes, but we must also have your telephone number as a contact point. Please note that international DHL, Fedex and EMS Couriers will not deliver to Post Office boxes.

How much do you charge for delivery?
All delivery prices will be quoted online prior to you confirming your purchase. You will be given a quote for the cost of delivery based on delivery method, delivery location and size of your order. This way, you can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs and budget.

Do you offer any alternatives to paying by credit card?
Yes. You can either send us a cheque or money order by mail, or Direct Deposit (T/T) your payment to our account. To use one of these methods, just go through the online checkout as normal. You will be offered a selection of payment methods. Choose the payment method you prefer, and we will look after the rest! Please note that cheques or money orders must be cleared before any goods will be despatched.

What video and DVD formats do you supply?
All DVDs supplied are Multi-Region format, which is the standard for most of Europe and the Asia Pacific region, which includes Australia and New Zealand.
We currently do not supply NTSC video tapes.
